General Inquiries:

Q: Where can I find my downloads and orders?
A: You can access all of your downloads from the My Orders link. You must have a Galaxy account to access your download library.

Q: What’s the difference between the paperback and PDF version of your books?
A: The content in both formats of the book is the same.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly specified otherwise. 


Missing Books & Bonuses:

Q: I never received my bonus materials. What should I do?
A: All bonus items are digital—either PDF books, videos or online events. For bonus PDFs, links were available on your thank-you page, and an email was sent to you shortly after your purchase with the subject line “Here are your bonus gifts!” This message contains links to download the bonus materials. Please look in the email account that you used during checkout—and make sure the message did not land in your SPAM folder.

Q: I never received my PDF Horoscope Guide. Where is it?
A: The link to download your PDF book was on your thank you page, and it was also emailed to you in your receipt/purchase confirmation. Did you receive this message in your inbox?

  • If “Yes”: The link to download your PDF Planner is on your email receipt. If you created an account at the time of checkout, you can also log in to https://galaxy.astrostyle.com/my-account/orders/ and get your download link again.
    • Gmail Users: Check your Social and Promotion tabs to see if the receipt (with link for download) is there
    • Log in to https://galaxy.astrostyle.com/my-account/orders/ to make sure you entered the correct email address for your purchase receipt.
    • If “No”:

Downloading Your PDF Book to Devices:

Q: How do I save the digital (PDF) Horoscope Guide on my iPhone, iPad or other devices?

Apple iPhone or iPad: To download and save the PDF to your iPhone please follow these helpful tips from Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202075

Android: Use the free reader app from Adobe to view PDFs

Kindle: Drag and drop or copy and paste the PDF file into the Kindle’s Documents folder and it appears as an item on the Home page.

PC: You may be able to view a PDF document by just double-clicking it. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need Adobe Reader version 6.0 or greater to view or download. Here’s how to download Adobe Reader for free. If you have any older versions of Adobe Reader, you’ll need to uninstall them before installing the new version of Adobe Reader.

How to download the PDF:

  1. Right-click on the link to the document.
  2. Select “Save Target As” or “Save Link As.”
  3. Save the document to your hard drive. You may want to make a note of where you saved it.
  4. Open Adobe Reader.
  5. When Adobe Reader is open, go to File, then to Open, then to where you saved the document. Double-click on the document to open it.

SHIPPING

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated based on location and speed. It will be calculated in your shopping cart once you enter your address and shipping speed.

Q: Do you ship paperbacks internationally?
A: Yes! Our Horoscope Guides and Daily Horoscope Planners can be sent to most countries worldwide. If you do not see your country available, contact astrotwins@astrostyle.com and we will do our best to ship to you.

Q: I need my book by a certain date—can you guarantee delivery?
A: We offer expedited shipping for all books. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to guarantee a delivery date with the standard shipping option. For further questions, contact us at astrotwins@astrostyle.com

Q: I never received the paperback copy of my book by mail.
A: FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
You will receive an email from either astrotwins@astrostyle.com or books@astrostyle.com when your order is shipped, which contains your tracking number for shipment. Please contact the shipping company/carrier to see where your package is in transit. If you never received a shipping confirmation, contact us at astrotwins@astrostyle.com for inquiry.

If your package has been lost due to the shipping company please email us at astrotwins@astrostyle.com and include your order number so we can quickly look up your purchase.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We’ve adjusted shipping options for 2024 in order to better accommodate our international customers. The last couple years demonstrated to us that the international shipping landscape has shifted since COVID, and it’s important to us to do our best to guarantee delivery. We encourage you to check the shipping options for your location here in our Galaxy shop. If the price or delivery time doesn’t meet your needs for receiving our 2024 Horoscope book, you may want to check Amazon in your country to see if it is a better fit. Should you choose to go that route, you can email us your receipt at astrotwins@astrostyle.com, and we will send you your bonus gifts.

For quickest access to your 2024 horoscope, you may prefer to purchase the digital PDF version of the book.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Q: I received the wrong book.
A: If you receive the wrong book, please contact astrotwins@astrostyle.com. If the error was on our behalf, we will replace your merchandise free of charge and deliver it via the same shipping method and speed of your original order.

Q: My book arrived damaged.
A: If your book arrives damaged or defective due to Astrostyle’s packing and shipping, please contact astrotwins@astrostyle.com  and we’ll reissue the item free of charge, via the the shipping method and speed of your original order.

 

NOTE: While we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, please allow a processing times of 3-5 days after your order is placed for our team to process and begin shipment of your items.
